Congratulations on your new dog! How exciting! Now is the perfect time to dive into training and lay a solid foundation together.
So, what’s in store for our 2-week class? In the first week, we’ll chat about what shapes our dog's behavior—both the good and the not-so-good. We’ll explore ways to shift the odds in our favor and strengthen the bond with our furry friends. Plus, we’ll take a look at common challenges and any questions you might have!
During week 2, we’ll put into practice some of the homework from our first session. These bond-building exercises are a great way to boost engagement and add value to your relationship. We’ll also go over the options we offer to help you achieve your training goals!

Teenagers (Games Class)
$165
Ages 5 months - 1 year
Adolescence can be a tricky stage in a dog's life, and it’s completely normal for communication with teenage dogs to feel a bit frustrating at times. This class is all about using the joy of play to help guide both you and your dog through these challenging moments in their youth.
During this phase, adolescent dogs often grapple with relaxation, confidence, and focus, but with the right play techniques, we can really strengthen these skills. One of the greatest benefits of teaching your dog how to play properly is that it empowers them to self-regulate during times of emotional excitement or stress. In this class, we’ll cover a range of topics including effective management around play, understanding toy preferences, and exploring enrichment needs for dogs. We’ll also dive into teaching your dog how to tug, how to engage in play without toys, and much more!
Classes are normally held once a week for 6 weeks.
For the fall 2024 session this will be a 5 week class.
